NOVICE BOYS DIVISION
ELIGIBLITY: Boys, ages 8 to 12
(must be 8 before 6/4/07 and will not turn 13 before 7/23/07 )
LIMIT: 40 Juniors
BEGINNERS: This division is designed to introduce juniors who have never played before to the game of golf or who are not quite ready to play 9 holes. These juniors will be given basic instruction on swing technique, etiquette, and rules. The play days for beginners will be 5 holes on a shortened course.
ADVANCED: This division is for those juniors who have some experience with the game of golf but are not quite ready for the Intermediate Division. The play days for advanced novice will consist of 9 holes on a shortened course. Advanced Novices must have played in our program previously or have a letter of recommendation from a golf club official.
CLINIC TIMES: 9:00 A.M.
PLAY DATE TIMES: 8:00 A.M.
Parents/Adults are strongly encouraged to volunteer at least once during the summer to assist with scoring and pace of play. The volunteer registration form can be found on the registration form.

Cost includes all instruction, green fees, golf cap, cap clip, 2007 SJGA bag tag, 2007 Rule Book, tee shirt, golf towel, awards, lunch at the Championship, and dinner at the Awards Banquet.
