Intermediate Boys Division

ELIGIBILITY:
Boys, ages 10 to 18
(must be 10 and not
turn 18 before
7/26/10 )
LIMIT:
80 Juniors
BEGINNERS:
This division is
designed to
introduce juniors to
the game of golf by
teaching basic
swing techniques,
etiquette and rules.
This division is also
designed for juniors
who have had some
instruction and
played and would
like to improve their
skills without
intense individual
competition. The
play dates will
consist on 9 holes
of play on a
regulation course.
ADVANCED:
This division is
designed for juniors
preparing for
competitive
tournament play.
Juniors must be
able to shoot 125 or
better for 18 holes
(counting all
strokes) and
maintain pace of
play. The play dates
will consist of 18
holes of play on a
regulation course.
CLINIC TIMES:
9:00 A.M.
PLAY DATE TIMES:
ADVANCED:
7:45 A.M.
BEGINNER:
8:45 A.M.
Juniors will sign in
and be paired in
their appropriate
division. Juniors
who are not on time
will be able to play
but may not be
placed in their
division and
therefore cannot
receive points. No
tee times for this
division.
Both divisions will
be divided into age
groups: (10-12,
13-14, 15 up). The
10-12 age group will
play the red or
forward tees, the
other groups will
play the white or
intermediate tees.
Parents/Guardians
are not required to
volunteer. If you can
volunteer, please do
so. Volunteers are
needed to assist
with pace of play
and supervision.
We would like to
have one adult with
every two to three
groups. The
volunteer
registration can be
found on the
application form.

| July 19 The Intermediate Boys will play at Hunter Golf Club on Monday July 19th. All Advanced (18 hole participants) should sign in no later than 7:45 am and Beginner (9 hole participants) no later than 8:15 am. There may be a delay at the gate for passes. Please have your drivers license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration. |
