| Georgia Cup Match Oct 25-26, 2008 - Callaway Gardens |
Team Savannah competed in the
Georgia Cup Matches on October
25th and 26th in Callaway Gardens
against Atlanta Junior Golf, Augusta
Area Junior Golf and Columbus
Junior Golf. Our team finished in 3rd
place behind Atlanta and Columbus.
Our team members were Ben Floyd,
Andy Atkins, Howard Hickey, William
Grotto, Chris Sells, Ryan Su, Brittany
Hickey and BreAnn Laney.
On day one, we played head to head
against Columbus and lost 14 to 10.
On day two, we played Augusta who
lost to Atlanta on day one. We
defeated Augusta 13 to 11 to
capture 3rd place. I am very proud of
all of our juniors who participated.
I believe everyone had a positive
experience.
